Cancellation Policy
- Cancelation 5 days prior: 100% refund of the deposit
- Cancelation 3 days prior: 50% refund of the deposit
- Cancelation 1 day prior: No refund of the deposit
- In case of unfavorable weather conditions: Full refund of the entire deposited amount, with direct communication from the company.
Itinerary Notes
- Due to tidal changes on different days, the schedule for each location may be swapped. During the tour, guests must not step on or damage coral reefs and should avoid releasing plastic waste into the sea, ensuring it is collected in a designated bag to be taken back to the hotel for proper disposal.
General Notes
- Guests are required to provide personal information: Full name, date of birth as per ID/passport, ID/passport number, issue date, expiry date, and gender for passenger insurance.
- It is recommended to bring medicines for common illnesses such as stomach ache, flu. Any unused services during the tour, not due to the tour organizer’s fault, will not be refunded.
- The tour guide may rearrange the order of the itinerary based on daily departure conditions, ensuring all scheduled sights are visited.
- Guests are responsible for their health, including chronic diseases (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, joint issues, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and nervous disorders, and pregnancy. These are not covered by travel insurance. Guests must provide a written commitment to their health when joining the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where guests do not declare illnesses or provide inaccurate information.

- 6:30-7:00: Pick-up guests at hotels on Co To Island.
- 7:15: Tour guide welcomes guests at the pier and does boarding procedures.
- 7:15-7:30: Boat departs for island tour exploration and experiences.
- 8:00-8:45: Arrive at eastern beach of Little Co To Island. This is the most beautiful beach in the Co To archipelago. Here, local tour guides provide instruction to guests on using snorkeling gear and allowing them to explore the vibrant marine life such as coral, fish, and seaweed. The guides will capture these immersive meaningful underwater moments on film. Please be noted that visibility of coral is subject to the tide.
- 8:45-10:00: Visit Lion Islet. At Lion Islet, guests have experience of islet exploring, taking photos, collecting shells, fish, and scrape oysters. Lion Islet has the shape of a large rock resembling a lion. On the way back to the boat, guests can enjoy sea fishing experience.
- 10:00-10:30: Visit Carp Island. Arrive at Carp Island, where sand dunes emerge during low tide, forming a picturesque sandy pathway on the sea. Here, visitors can leisurely stroll on the sand and capture memorable photos with the distinctive perforated rock.
- 10:30-12:00 Arrive at southern beach of the Little Co To island. The boat makes a stop here for rest, lunch, and to savor the catch of the day. Guests can also engage in various activities, including taking photos with floating lanterns, kayaking, banana boat riding, and other services (additional fees apply).
- 12:00-12:30: Returns to the main Co To island.
- 12:30-13:00: Back to the pick-up point.
- 13:30: Guests arrived at the original pick-up point.
